A new bill proposed in New Hampshire, Senate Bill 272, would outline a number of rights for parents, which would include the right to inspect school curriculum and the right to opt out of certain classroom materials.The bill would also require teachers to disclose whether or not a student has change.
A new Ohio bill will allow Ohio parents to have the right to check the kind of lessons their children are being taught and can opt not to have their kids participate if they think the classes are inappropriate.
