One of Australiaâs biggest broadband companies is considering disciplinary action against Shane Teoh, a director and the son of its reclusive billionaire chairman, after he was convicted for assaulting an Uber driver.
Mr Teoh, who has sat on the board of $12.6 billion broadband company TPG Telecom since the 2020 merger, was convicted of assaulting an Uber driver in September 2019 and was fined $1500 in a Sydney court on Wednesday.
