This spring, the architecture firm will make the short trip from its current Manchester office on Tariff Street having signed for 4,000 sq ft at Cert Property’s Northern Quarter block.
Hawkins\Brown, which employs 30 staff in Manchester, has taken the third floor of the developer’s recently refurbished 30,000 sq ft building, having outgrown its Tariff Street office.
Katie Tonkinson, partner at Hawkins\Brown and head of its Manchester studio, said: “We are excited about what this move will bring to our growing practice. We plan for the new studio to be a flexible container that supports new ways of blended working, in addition to encouraging creativity and togetherness.”
