Currently there is a limit of 10 they can be used for repairs. That is number one. Number two, this year we have decided to increase the excise tax for motor fuel. The initial plan was to send all this money to the road fund the Current Situation with the budget is quite difficult. To balance the budget, they had plans to tax the rubles.
