Tolentino, who is a Brigadier General of the Philippine Army Reserve Force, made the statement during the inauguration on Wednesday of the National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Group's Military Police (NCR-RCDG MP) Building in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City under the Tatag ng Imprastraktura para sa Kapayapaan at Seguridad (TIKAS) Program. Brig. Gen. Leonardo Pena, 302nd Infantry Brigade commander, in an interview with the Philippine News Agency on Tuesday, said the summer camp training is "intended for the ROTC cadets who are projected to become ROTC officers in their different schools".
