“It was an emergency situation for us,” Fargo’s Inspections Director Shawn Ouradnik said. “(The Arbors) was neglected quite heavily...by the management company that was off site.”

The garbage situation at The Arbors at McCormick Park has gotten “horrible,” said resident Mike Louis. Dumpsters overflowed, and loose trash litters the parking lots and walkways.

Fargo police and the FBI went door-to-door reaching out to residents as they investigated reports of gunshots that plague The Arbors at McCormick Park.
