With event hours limited from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, those providing extra support and events at The Arbors at McCormick Park are being forced to pause their programs.
The Fargo Human Rights Commission listened to residents from The Arbors at McCormick Park on Thursday who asked them to do something about unsafe conditions at the affordable housing complex.
Residents are still scared of living at the affordable housing complex, and are having to deal with ice-covered sidewalks, slow garbage removal, and outsiders breaking into the buildings at night.
