Garvin the rotary club of san jose has met 5,025 different times in its 100year history. The agenda, though, is always the same, service to the community. This story, though, is about how the clubs grandest effort ever has, at its root, a very personal moment, the birth 17 years ago of julie matsushimas first grandchildren, twin girls. Julie chloe was born first. And they came out and showed us her, and she was, you know, screaming like newborns do.
