Bombay High Court orders Goa Panchayat polls to be held in 45 days; says State defying Constitutional mandate to hold elections
The High Court at Goa on Tuesday quashed and set aside the decision of State of Goa to postpone elections 186 panchayats within Goa with a direction to ensure that the elections are held and completed within 45 days.
