(File photo) MANILA - The Taguig City government on Wednesday attributed the success of its coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic response efforts to the hard work and dedication of its medical front-liners. "It has always been our health workers who put their health at risk and try their very best to save lives. We thank them for their hard work and sacrifices," Mayor Lino Cayetano said in a statement. The city was among local government units (LGUs) recognized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for having a high Covid-19 vaccination rate during the "Bayanihan, Bakunahan 4" massive vaccination drive held from March 10 to 18.
