The Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters recently organized an exclusive appreciation reception for members of the Pageant Legacy Society. More than 100 donors, whose names or the names of their loved ones are inscribed on seats in the Pageant's Irvine Bowl, attended the event, which was held on May 18.
The Festival of Arts of Laguna Beach celebrated the talent and hard work of Orange County students at the annual Junior Art Awards Ceremony on Aug. 15.

Despite the uncertainties presented by COVID-19, the Festival of Arts celebrated its youngest artists with the Junior Art Exhibit on July 11.
The event was filled with special activities for the young artists featured in the Junior Art Exhibit. In addition to performances by Orange County Aerial Arts, exhibiting junior artists also enjoyed art activities, slime, face painting, music, balloon artists, and much more.
Festival of Arts President David Perry thanked everyone who joined and those who continue to inspire creativity in our youth. Perry and team credited the determination of the teachers, parents, the Orange County Department of Education and Arts OC for the ability to celebrate students’ creativity and ingenuity.

The Festival of Arts Fine Art Show and Pageant of the Masters will return in July after COVID-19 forced the cancellation of both events more than a year ago, organizers announced Thursday.
The decision to move forward with plans and preparations to open both shows in early July was approved by the Festival of Arts Board of Directors during its meeting Wednesday night.
“The Festival has been working closely with the Laguna Beach city staff and would like to thank them for all their input and help to aid us in reaching this decision,” Festival of Arts President David Perry said in a prepared statement. “We are thrilled to reconnect our community with live performances of the Pageant of the Masters and with our exhibiting artists this summer.
