The Enforcement Directorate on Monday questioned jailed Delhi Chief Minister and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant Bibhav Kumar in connection with the liquor policy case. The party's Goa MLA Durgesh Pathak has also been summoned by the probe agency.
