May 24 regular meeting KEY ACTION  The board approved the contract of a new treasurer. DISCUSSION  Kyle Klingler starts his job as the district s treasurer Aug. 1. He replaces Sheryl Shaw-Stewart, who has served as interim treasurer since Jan. 1. We appreciate all of the work you have done for this district, board President Zack Truax said to Stewart. Klingler has been a part of the Ashland community for seven years, serving with the state auditor s office, working with Ashland, Wayne and Holmes counties. I m truly excited to join the Ashland team, Klingler said. Masks will be optional starting June 2. OTHER BUSINESS Roof drains will be added before football season to the stadium roof. This will cost $136,615 and Mid-Ohio Roofing will complete the project.
