Charlie Hammerman and Nancy Freiman of the Disability Opportunity Fund invested their CDFI funds in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, with the help of Adam Waenger Contracting and Adam and Candace Whaenger. The result is a revitalized downtown that includes The Paw Spa boutique, Ace Hardware,Tootie s Place, Greenbrier Glass & Mirror, Beards and Bangs.
