The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) is extremely alarmed by the arrest of Kailash Sirohiya, Chairman of Kantipur Media Group. Mr. Sirohiya was arrested on 20 May 2024 over supposed irregularities in the details of his citizenship card.
