YEREVAN, 12 MARCH, ARMENPRESS. On March 12, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan disseminated misinformation, claiming that the units of the Artsakh Defense Army opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani military positions with firearms, ARMENPRESS reports the Artsakh Defense Army spread a message about this.

The authorities of the Artsakh Republic together with the Russian peacekeeping troops are taking all necessary measures to stop the provocative actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces and to stabilize the situation in the whole territory of the Artsakh Republic, ARMENPRESS was informed from the office of the Security Council of the Artsakh Republic.

YEREVAN, MARCH 10, ARMENPRESS. The National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic unanimously adopted a draft statement on applying to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, the UN and relevant bodies, calling on the international community to adequately assess Azerbaijans recent actions and make efforts to curb such criminal encroachments, ARMENPRESS reports MP Gegham Stepanyan presented the draft statement at the National Assembly.

It has been for over a week, the Azerbaijani side is not allowing the representatives of Artsakh to restore the alleged “disruption” of the gas pipeline, Human Rights Defender of Armenia said in a statement, adding that as a result, more than 100.000 people have been deprived of heating in cold weather conditions.

In Parukh community of Artsakhs Askeran region, a shell fired by Azerbaijan from a 60 mm mortar exploded in the yard of a community building, causing property damage, ARMENPRESS reports, the Artsakh Prosecutors Office informed. Adding that the law enforcment bodies continue gathering facts and proves of Azerbaijan’s criminal acts.

YEREVAN, MARCH 10, ARMENPRESS. Starting in the evening March 9 and until the morning of March 10 the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire at a tractor which was parked by farmers in a garden in the Nakhijevanik village of Askeran region, Artsakh. The prosecution of Artsakh said the tractor was damaged from the shooting.

YEREVAN, 11 MARCH, ARMENPRESS. The Azerbaijani side continues to violate the ceasefire in the direction of Khramort, Parukh and Khnapat villages of Askeran region, using mortars and large-caliber firearms, ARMENPRESS reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh informed.

They have not returned to their native villages yet as additional security measures are being implemented...
