Some of the priciest home sales so far in Colorado in 2023 range from $76 million for a house in Aspen to $14.7 million for a home in Golden. The most expensive home sale in Boulder was $13 million.
According to the listing agent, Steven Shane of Compass, if the 10-bedroom home in Aspen, Colorado, sells it will set a new record for properties in the affluent neighborhood.
