In Kenya, the body of a missing Standard Six pupil who went missing after attending a funeral has been found on a neighbourâs farm.
Residents of Namuduru sub-location in Samia Sub-County, Busia County woke up to a rude shock on Monday morning when the body of the 17-year-old Immaculate Auma was found after two days of frantic search.
âThis girl is reported to have gone missing on Saturday night and her lifeless body has been found today after the familyâs fruitless search yesterday,â Namuduru Assistant Chief Josephat Sunday Makokha told reporters.
The girl is suspected to have been kidnapped by an unknown suspect on Saturday night while returning home after attending a funeral in a nearby home.
