Middle east anniversaries, some less known, some better known. Martin kramer has an article out this week on the 100th anniversary of this declaration, which is being marked in the beginning of november. Does anybody know what the begin of her story the big anniversary is . 75th anniversary of americas planting in the middle east, operation torch from the end of world war ii. The end of november, the 70th anniversary of the partition on november 29. It is definitely a year of anniversaries. Is, and anniversary that has not only historic significance, but pressing realworld significance. There are many ways to recall what happened 50 years ago, and to connect it to todays events.
