Incessant rains have brought normal life to standstill killing more than 40 people in the last five days in Bihar. A video of Katihar MP and JD(U) leader Dulal Chandra Goswami is doing rounds in the social media in which he can be adding insult to the injury of flood-hit people who approached him seeking help. The MP who had gone to take stock of the situation in his region, in response to man who asked for relief, said “Let me become MP for five times, then the work will start.â€
