A Georgia sheepdog is recovering from after being injured by a pack of coyotes while guarding his herd of sheep and goats. Casper managed to kill eight of the coyotes but sustained injuries.
On a late Thursday night, John Wierwille and his family saw about 11 coyotes on his property around 9 p.m. He threw some stones at them to scare them off, and the coyotes ran away. All seemed good.
