Philanthropists John Schultz and Gary Hill listed their nine-floor high-rise at 1616 Pacific Ave. in Atlantic City on the market last week for $10.9 million to downsize and start the next chapter of their lives together in the city, Schultz said Friday.
Black Art Matters programs will continue because the program will receive some of the money from a new $100,000 grant by the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation that has been slated for the Arts Garage and Stories of Atlantic City, both Stockton-affiliated organizations.
