Thank you for this opportunity. I had a little bit of deja vu because more than a decade ago, the former chief of the new York City Schools and i shared a task force called National Security and education reform. One of the reasons we wanted to do that was to bring to the attention of the community the criticality, the crucial moments where we are at in terms of this issue of talent. To say you may think this is in our problem but it actually is our problem. People who are concerned about National Security.
