Drama, Co-Production and Public Service TV This meeting will present some conclusions and discussion points arising from the EBU s work in the domain of public-service TV drama during 2020, with an emphasis on co-production and collaboration. A panel of speakers will consider some possible models of co-production as well as analyse the benefits of co-producing with public service media (PSM) partners. What can we learn from existing alliances like Nordic 12 and The European Alliance? What are the challenges and pitfalls? How can we proceed with EBU Drama; what will be the focus in 2021? Panelists and speakers including representatives of existing PSM alliances (e.g. Nordic 12, European Alliance), as well as of the independent production sector and other stakeholders will discuss these topics and more with Elly Vervloet, international drama expert at VRT (Belgium) and EBU Drama coordinator.
