Quebec provincial police (SQ) are investigating after a woman’s body was found inside a residential building in Canadiac, a South Shore Montreal suburb.
Quebec provincial police say the 24-year-old officer was chasing the suspect of a stolen car across the highway on foot when he was struck by a passing vehicle.
A Laval police officer is recovering in hospital after being struck by a vehicle along Highway 15 on Monday morning. Sûreté du Québec police are investigating the incident.
