The Australian Dollar (AUD) struggles to continue the gains as the US Dollar recovers recent losses on Friday.

The Australian Dollar (AUD) attempts to snap the recent losses on Thursday as the US Dollar (USD) retreats after hitting gains for two successive days.

The AUD/USD is seeing a slight lift on Thursday, with the Aussie (AUD) up three-tenths of a percent against the US Dollar (USD) which is seeing some backpedaling with US markets out for the day as the US celebrates Thanskgiving.

The AUD/USD reached fresh three-month highs near 0.6600 and turned to the downside as the US Dollar strengthened, recovering from monthly lows.

The Australian Dollar (AUD) seems to extend losses after pulling back from a three-month high following a corrective move by the US Dollar (USD).

The AUD/USD retreated further on Wednesday to the 0.6520 area before rebounding modestly.

The AUD/USD pair faces a rejection of 0.6600 and trades around 0.6538 during the early Asian session on Thursday.
