They gave ceaselessly entertaining frontman Fee Waybill excuses to stomp around in zany costumes, such as his drug-hazed, high-heeled, giant glam-rocker Quay Lude.   2. Tedeschi Trucks Band, UPMC Events Center, Feb. 19. Such a tasty stew of soul, blues and rock served by the 12-member band co-fronted by guitar dazzler Derek Trucks and his powerful piped, fellow guitar ace/wife Susan Tedeschi. One of those nights that could have gone on till morning without anyone leaving their seat.
