"For those of you that are calling the police, we are not holding you hostage," a train conductor was heard saying in videos obtained by ABC News.

The train from Virginia to Florida was rerouted in rural South Carolina on Monday, after a freight train plowed into an unoccupied vehicle on the track. It took 37 hours to reach their destination.

As of late Tuesday, Amtrak said the train was on the move again and is scheduled to arrive at Sanford early Wednesday. Read more at Boston.com.
