Top Saudi developer Shomoul said it had achieved a major safety milestone at Avenues Riyadh by clocking 12 million safe hours. Spread over a 1.7 million sq m area, it will boast a mega mall, hotel properties as well as residential apartments and offices.

Shomoul, a unit of Kuwait’s Mabanee Company has laid the foundation stone for the $3.73-billion Avenues Riyadh project. The project will boast hotels, residential apartments, medical clinics, offices and parking lots for about 15,000 vehicles.
