For example, the new 108 th District appears to encompass the homes of both Representative Mike Murphy of Springfield and Representative Avery Bourne of Morrisonville. And the newly-drawn 107 th House District combines four current GOP incumbents… Dan Caulkins of Decatur, Brad Halbrook of Shelbyville, Adam Niemerg (NEE-merg) of Teutopolis, and Blaine Wilhour of Effingham.
