Louise Gertrude Bartlett Jacobs Freeman WILLIAMSBURG — The Lord saw fit to call Louise Gertrude Bartlett Jacobs Freeman, 94, home for her crown Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021. She was born Jan. 15, 1927, to the late John and Mary Hattie Ashlock Bartlett. She was the fifth of seven children and the third of four daughters.
