Authorities in central Minnesota say a 19-year-old driver was able to flag down a passing motorist for help after he was ejected during an airborne car crash west of St. Cloud Thursday night.

The man accused of shooting an 18-year-old in the chest during a "ghost gun" transaction is now in custody.

A man selling a "ghost gun" shot the prospective buyer, an Avon teenager, in the chest with the weapon before driving off with the victims money.

An 18-year-old was airlifted to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale after being shot in the chest in central Minnesota.
