Azora, the Madrid-based European real estate investment manager, has completed the acquisition of two hostels located in Dublin and Barcelona on behalf of its Azora European Hotel and Lodging Fund (“AEHL” or the “Fund”), through a transaction with a fund managed by BlackRock.

Azora, through its subsidiary Azora Exan, has strengthened its position in the U.S. market by executing a number of transactions in the residential and commercial sectors in 2022, bringing its total investment to more than $450 million last year.

(“Azora EH&L” or the “Fund”), from Lampsa Hellenic Hotels S.A. (“Lampsa”).

(“Azora EH&L” or the “Fund”), from Pestana Hotel Group, the largest multinational hospitality group of Portuguese origin.
