Mississippi's Pass Through Entity Election Correction
The Mississippi Legislature has taken up two bills this session, HB 1668 and SB 3102 to correct technical issues contained in last year's passthrough entity election legislation. Both chambers have passed their respective bills and transferred those bills to the other chamber.
