WV child labor laws: HBxxxx makes it easier for 14-year-olds | Legislative Session
The House of Delegates on, on Feb. 20, 2024, approved House Bill 5159 that would make it easier for West Virginia’s 14-year-olds to enter the labor force. It now goes to the Senate.
