than 40 weapons on this yard from different racial groups, which is an indication that there is problems that are brewing. we re just kind of out here showing force, maybe get some intel to why and what s going on, why so many weapons. while we were talking with some northern hispanic inmates over here, patting them down, i noticed the one in the middle was financial ettinger his tongue around, moving his lips. so, i asked him to open his mouth, flashlight on, i could see sell feign underneath his tongue. so, i asked him to spit it out and he bent over and spit out a tiny little bind l wrapped in celophane, and inside were a couple of kites. sometimes you get these kites and they re wrapped in sell owe feign. that s how they transport them from prison to prison, yard to yard. you have to take them back to the office and find out what they re about. they could be incidents on the yard, it could be a yard report.
than on the yard. waiting for transfers. generally all our whites hang out over here and our asians are on this side. you have a lot of southern hispanics on the other side playing ball with the whites. toward the tower, you have a lot of northerner hispanic inmates and a lot of black hispanic inmates hang out over there. that s where they workout over there. this is sort of the west side of the yard. just on the other side of the yard, the east side of the yard where the dip bars and everything is at is where our southerners and whites workout. in front of the buildings is where your blacks and your northerners generally workout and hang out at tables. they took our table. that s why we re playing right here. we re the only ones that ain t got no table, blacks. every other race got a table. they won t go to urinals unless their race only is there. they vls a two guys posted, two in the front and two in the back to make sure nobody doesn t get jumped. in the four months we spen
