Meteorologist Code Moore in the Juneau Forecast Office tells us the record for the date is minus 2 degrees set in 1951.  It stood at 1 above zero at 6:45 a.m.  It was at minus 7 at the forecast office on Back Loop Road. Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - A winter storm warning has been issued for Juneau. Meteorologist Cody Moore in the Juneau Forecast Office says heavy snow is expected around Juneau Thursday into Friday.   He says they are forecasting 8 to 13 inches of heavy, wet snow during that time period.
