Star Wars: The Bad Batch has arrived on Disney+, and today the LEGO Group has revealed a new buildable playset inspired by the unique squad’s ship. The set includes six minifigures Hunter, Tech, Wrecker, Echo, Crosshair, and a Gonk droid and at least one spoiler from the super-sized premiere. (Hint: One of these clones is looking a little different than his brothers.)

The Bad Batch journey has just begun, and LEGO has real that Clone Force 99 is getting the Brick treatment. The Bad Batch Attack Shuttle is on the way for Star Wars fans and will have 969 pieces and have 5 mini-figures, and a Gonk Droid. Hunter, Wrecker, Crosshair, Tech, and Echo are all ready to deploy for their new highly detailed set. The Attack Shuttle will have articulated wings for both flight and landing mode, 2 spring-loaded shooters, and parts of the shop that can open up. LEGO Star Wars fans will be able to open the cockpit as well as the rear cabin with space for mini-figures and weapons to be placed.
The newly-announced set – which was unintentionally revealed by LEGO.com Germany last week – is the first based on Star Wars: The Bad Batch, which has just premiered on Disney+. And given it includes all five members of the eponymous squad, it could well be the only one the LEGO Group has in the works.
You probably won’t want to miss it, then – so it’s a good thing pre-orders for the 969-piece set are already open at LEGO.com in the US. That’s frustratingly just one day after this year’s May the Fourth offers – including double VIP points on all LEGOStar Wars sets – have come to a close, but we have a feeling that was probably intentional.
