Bhd group has secured an operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts and three information, communication & technology (ICT) jobs worth US$99.6mil (RM408.80mil).
It announced to Bursa Malaysia its unit SDIT International Ltd bagged an ICT contract while its 49% associate Serba2C India Private Limited secured two ICT contracts in India. Its 75% owned PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia secured one O&M contract.
“The combined estimated contract value of the contracts secured above is approximately US$99.60mil, ” it said.
SDIT will provide the design, installation and commission and facilitation of integrated adaptive traffic management system to Captive Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in India.

Serba Dinamik secured nine contracts worth a total RM548.2mil and another two contracts with unspecified values.
The company said the contracts were in operations and maintenance (O&M), engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) as well as information, communications and technology (ICT) space.
Group managing director/group chief executive officer Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah said five O&M projects were awarded by PT Pilar Bahtera Energi, the leading uninterrupted power supplier in Indonesia, which enabled Serba Dinamik to participate into the republic’s power industry.

: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd revealed that it has secured a slew of contracts in Malaysia, Indonesia and India with a combined estimated value of US$135.8 million (RM548.2 million).
According to its Bursa disclosure, the group’s 75%-owned unit PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia has secured eight operations & maintenance (O&M) contract; its wholly owned unit SDIT International Ltd has been awarded one information, communication & technology (ICT) contract and its wholly owned unit Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd has secured one O&M contract and one engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning contract.
