(AFRICAN EXAMINER) - The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Thursday has ordered the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, 48 hours,to respond to an application by the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP, Abba Kyari, who is currently in its custody, filed to be released on bail on health ground.
