Atlantic City native and Army veteran Ed Wilson says he is opening the city and states first 100% Black-owned, veteran-owned cannabis dispensary, Bakin Bad, on April 20.

Bakin’ Bad, which bills itself as New Jersey’s first solely owned, fully licensed African American disabled-veteran cannabis dispensary, will hold an unveiling celebration Tuesday at 2834 Atlantic Ave. before opening to the public April 20.

It's ultimately up to the Legislature and Gov. Phil Murphy, but the Cannabis Regulatory Commission has suggestions for the social equity excise fee money.
