High pressure keeps us dry with sunshine and kicks off a gradual warming trend. Highs eventually reach the 70s.

A chilly start to kick off the work week. Many areas are starting out in the 30s and low 40s. Temperatures will warm to the upper 50s to near 60 during the afternoon.

Areas that saw rain on Saturday will continue to see rain on Sunday. Temperatures will be in the 60s and 70s next week.

More sunshine will break out across Virginia as the day progresses. North Carolina will still have to deal with some clouds and even a few showers.

A warm front allows temperatures to soar today before a cold front cools us down and brings light scattered rain showers

A mix of sun and clouds today with highs in the upper 70s. Sunshine and 60s tomorrow. Warming to near 80 on Thursday. Tracking showers for Friday and Saturday.

Temperatures go up and down throughout the workweek. A cold front brings rain late in the week into Veterans Day.

We stay in this dry stretch with plenty of sunshine and temperatures keep climbing. We'll see another cool down with a cold front at the end of next week.
