The town council has drawn up a 'wish list' of projects which includes surfacing repairs to the main car park (estimated at £15,000) and at the Jack Silley Pavilion car park (£5,000 to £10,000), and a repaired or new height barrier at the main car park (£1,000).New main gates and posts could be installed at the Jack Silley Pavilion car park. The council is also looking to double the width of the footpath between the main car park and Jack Silley Pavilion (£15,000-£20,000).

Photo: Google Maps Plans to add a third storey to a building in Station Road, Epping,​ ​to enable a development of six one-bedroom flats are being opposed by the town council. Councillors have objected saying the proposed development at Purlieu House at 11 Station Road is "overbearing" and "overdominant". A planning application submitted to Epping Forest District Council is seeking consent to add a third floor and turn existing office space on the ground floor to retail use.
