Hotel Schweizerhof, Zermatt, on a sale and manage-back basis from operating and real estate companies indirectly owned by
Michel Reybier for a reported
CHF 63.2 million (€58.6 million representing €617,000 per room). Michel Reybier will continue to manage the hotel and received CHF 38.7 million worth of AEVIS shares. AEVIS now owns over 300 luxury hotel rooms in the Zermatt market, including the Mont Cervin, Petit Cervin, Monte Rosa, and the Schweizerhof.
