In a 6-1 ruling, the Arkansas Supreme Court on Thursday reversed a Pulaski County circuit judges ruling that the Arkansas General Assembly failed to follow the Arkansas Constitution in passing an emergency clause in Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signature education law, and dismissed the case.
