Clinehens thanks BOE for support JACKSON CENTER — The Jackson Center Local Board of Education was thanked by a longtime employee during its meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021. The meeting was recheduled from Monday, Feb. 15, becauze of the weather. Encinitas — A proposal to combine two ocean-view buildings along south Cardiff’s Restaurant Row and create one super-sized facility with space for multiple wedding receptions has won its first set of permit approvals.
