It looks like we're finally hitting our stride for Spring in Massachusetts with temperatures feeling much more mild. It's definitely created a better feeling for heading outdoors. The purchase is a way to keep eight Main Street apartments affordable now and into the future.

The developer told The Eagle he planned to add 22 apartments to the 12 the building contains. Existing retail spaces are expected to remain the same.
