The multiple murders and racketeering case against Nafiz Modack and his alleged associates were moved to the Western Cape High Court on Friday for trial preparation.

The Modacks, along with former Sars employee Faried van der Schyff appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court.

The National Prosecuting Authority revealed one of the persons arrested alongside alleged underworld figure Nafiz Modack, for apparent false tax returns amounting to millions, is a former Sars official, and strict bail conditions have been set for each.
