“Masked Singer Pilipinas” winner and now VIVA artist Daryl Ong talked about his singing style and his dream of being a singing-contest judge.
In an online press conference Jan. 6, Daryl was kind enough to share his approach when it comes to recording his primetime original soundtracks.
Daryl said that he has a lot of respect for the original composers and singers of the song that he will cover:
“At first kinakanta ko siya just like the original, para ‘bang pinapakilala ko sa younger generations ‘yung song then dun sa next half ‘nung song kumbaga tinotodo ko na yung ‘Daryl’ na version,” he said.
