The trial of Stephen Shane Greenfield, accused of stabbing homeless man Reginald Mullaly to death in Bathurst begins before a 15-person jury in a Supreme Court.

The woman called the victim 17 times to arrange a meet-up.

'Yeah I knocked a couple over. I got frustrated and walked out.'

The man said he was suffering from severe asthma at the time.

'Nothing good happens after midnight,' the magistrate said.

'Don't you leave here thinking you got away with it.'

The magistrate said she was 'clearly guilty of the offence'.

'He needs to change his attitude towards women.'
